ethical marketing

There is an interesting interview in this week's Tweed edition of The Echo (came out yesterday 19/02/2009) newspaper with a man who has formerly worked in event and entertainment production. he now has two little girls, read a book about the state of the world and the affect of marketing aimed at children and discovered some things that scared him as a parent. It's worth a read. I cut it out of the paper, and chucked the rest, so not sure what page, but its only a few pages in I think.

The article may be syndicated into Byron's "The Echo."

After watching the video with Stacy on design and marketing it was a potent reminder of the power of advertising and where it is allowed to penetrate society.
