Candys Ethics

RESPECT  
   Always respect other peoples work and ideas.

LOYALTY 
    Always be loyal to yourself, client, and your company
 
RELIABILITY  
  Always be prepared and organized in your work and with your work area, it helps to be on time and less stressed, as a client could be depending on you.

TRUSTWORTHY
  Never copy other peoples work or ideas, and always protect your own  work. 

HUMILITY  
 Never think that you are better than anybody else or more important than anyone else, try to be modest and always take criticism as a positive sign not a negative one.

COMPASSION
 Be compassionate towards humanity by only working for Company's  who don't associate with animal cruelty or child slavery.

ENTHUSIASM 
 Show interest and enjoyment with your choices of work, even if you think it's good or not, you can still have fun with it.

FLEXIBILITY
  Always be prepared to get bent, hah!!, be adaptable, but don't be easily persuaded on changing  your design ideas

DILIGENCE 
 Pay attention to the task you are being given, and show care towards your  designs for clients.

EXCELLENCE
  Always strive to do outstanding work to your highest achievement.


RESPONSIBILITY 
 Have the guts to stand up for what you believe, and always be accountable.

COOPERATION 
  A joint effort with client or company is essential for your success in completing the job or task given to you correctly so there is no confusion.  

CONSIDERATION
  Always give careful thought to the work you are taking on, don't take on too much, as time management is essential.

PATIENCE  
 Is a great virtue to have when producing great work, or dealing with perhaps a client who is frustrating the *%#$ out of you.
